These puppies are Australian Shepherd and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mix ... they are the first of their kind. They have the Cavalier lap dog disposition and the intelligence of the Australian Shepherd.
Breed Description
The Australian Shepherd is an easy going puppy that loves to play, is highly intelligent and easy to train. It is courageous, loyal and affectionate and makes an excellent companion for an active child.
The dog is a devoted friend and guardian, for they are naturally protective. They are very lively and attentive and are eager to please, with a sixth sense of what the owner wants.
The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is an active, graceful, well-balanced toy spaniel. It is very gay and free in action; fearless and sporting in character, yet at the same time gentle and affectionate. It is this typical gay temperament, combined with true elegance and royal appearance, which are a of paramount importance in the breed. Natural appearance with no trimming, sculpting or artificial alteration is essential to this breed type. This breed was loved by King Charles the second of England.
